Coffee Cream Swiss Style

A cup of the "coffee cream" Swiss style where the term "cream" refers to the coffee foam on the top of the drink. This foam has nothing to do with any dairy product and is being created during the coffee processing under the pressure in the coffee machine - Zug - Switzerland - May 2020
